Hongya Cave (Hongyadong)

Built dramatically against a cliff overlooking the Jialing River, Hongya Cave is one of China’s most photographed landmarks. Inspired by traditional stilt houses (Diaojiaolou), its eleven levels are filled with restaurants, tea houses, boutiques, cafés, and souvenir shops that come alive after sunset.
